The story

A bike brand needed a mobile companion app that could carry the customer journey end to end: exploring models, comparing specifications, finding a dealer, and booking a test ride or service slot.

We led the design engagement in Figma: research, flows, a full design system, and developer-ready specifications validated with real riders before a line of code was written.
